I have been lucky enough to have a long and expansive career. I grew up as the son of Italian immigrants who moved to Canada before I was born, and started my career in the investment banking sector before realizing my entrepreneurial spirit and founding various companies including Lionsgate Entertainment. I am currently the CEO of the Fiore Group, a firm managing private equity investments and companies, specializing in natural resources, entertainment, art, food and lifestyle and now own Domenica Fiore, an award-winning premium Italian olive oil company. A good deal of my time and resource now goes into supporting charities within both my international and domestic charity foundations as well as organizations I have co-founded. I am a very passionate philanthropist, and I live and breathe the work I do in this space. I try to be the best at supporting the initiatives we create or support. I enjoy being hands-on and get real satisfaction spending time with the beneficiaries of our work, whether it’s visiting refugees, talking to the farmers in our poverty alleviation work or supporting international peace-building efforts. I am so grateful to be in a position to help and support charitable organizations with the vital work they do around the world.
